Refund policy
Returns and exchanges
- I gladly accept returns and cancellations, however, exchanges are not allowed
- Returns are accepted within 14 days
- Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase
- Cancellation is not possible once the item has shipped
- How to return
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value
- Please ship the products to the address listed on the original label
Processing Times
- Please allow 1-7 days to process your order.
- Once the package has been picked up by the carrier, I have no control over arrival time.
- Arrival time will depend on shipping method.
- Items that are marked as "delivered" by carrier will be considered delivered for the purpose of refunds and cancellations.
Shipping Accuracy
- Please ensure that you provide an accurate shipping address. If your order does not arrive because of this issue, a full refund is not guaranteed.
